1. Pour 5 T. of vinegar into bottle.
2. Roll end of balloon over the tip of funnel pour in 2 T. baking soda.
3.Roll the end of balloon carefully over the bottle top without letting any of the baking soda fall into bottle.
4. Now SHAKE the balloon's baking soda into the bottle watch it as it reaches the vinegar and begins to fizz and your balloon will begin to inflate.
