I am a bit behind on posting.
Brae's first day of school and this school year thus far has been fanatstical.
We Love her teacher!
I love to go in and help and Fridays I volunteer and teach the children something they can make for themselves.
They love it and I love to volunteer and see my little Brae!

Last Days of San Diego

Every year I take  a profile picture of Braelyn at the beach.
Her features are oh so slightly changing and she is turning into a beautiful young lady.

Even though it was over cast pretty much the whole time and on this particular day it was chilly we still had to have our last beach day.

Jorisen and Kayle

Talley never looks at the camera.... silly girl.

Taz started out helping the kids with a drip sand castle which turned into his own creation.

Searching for Sea Shells.

LA JOLLA

Really sunny out this day.

MORMON BATALLION

located in Old Town San Diego

So glad we took a tour of the Mormon Batallion History Center.
They have redone the place and it is really cool.
We enjoyed it and at the end became Honorary Batallion Members.

They have a kids area in the back where they can PUMP FOR WATER......

WASH CLOTHING...

and PAN FOR GOLD.

ON OUR WAY  HOME....
after eating at Adam's Steak and Eggs. Of course.
It is a hole in the wall place where they serve the best cinnamon roll on the planet. Don't believe me go try it you will not be disappointed.

Sea Port Village July 29th

We LOVE Sea Port Village for their unique shops and their old Carousel.
They have the best kite store.
The views are neat and it reminds me of my Dad so we like to go there.

Brae took this photo of Talley and the one below of Jeremy.
She loves to take pictures.

Had to go to the candy shack.

Disneyland

Halie and Talley on the Dumbo ride.

Jeremy and Brae
Brae is totally loving this.
We had to warm her up with the little kid rides before we would scare her on the roller coasters.

Waiting in line is always funner when you are waiting with your cousin!

Taz thinking this is some kind of bronc ride.

Anything that goes in circles I get sick on so thank goodness Jeremy could go,
but about this point he said he was beginning to feel a little motion sickness.

It's a Small World After All....

Talley is not too sure about this ride.

PIXIE HOLLOW
to see Tinkerbell.
So it was a terribly long wait. I think we waited 45 mins..
This was the longest wait of the day.
But it was worth it after the girls met Tinkerbell.
My brother Taz would probably argue with me on that. :)

Silver Mist
One of Brae's favorite Fairies.

Finally Tinkerbell
The girls were so excited to meet her and talk with her.

Poccahauntes
I'm sure I just spelled that totally wrong.

The Parade
We got there early.
We needed a break so it was nice to just sit.
I was so scared the weather would be hot but it was surprisingly cool.

The Jungle Ride

Brae and Talley ready to go on another ride.
Brae loves to pose for the camera...
majority of the time.
She is my muse.

Family Picture after just leaving the Haunted House

Nothing like Dad's shoulders
Funny how kids love to be on their Dad's shoulders.

Justin loving his new Pirates of the Caribbean Sword.

Alicia Alyssa and Chris

We got to Disneyland at opening and stayed til 11pm.
I was pooped. We got to ride all the rides we really wanted to.
The lines weren't bad and Taz and Halie are experts so we didn't look at a map once and followed them and it was a successful enjoyable Disney trip.
Brae rode her first roller coaster ride.
No tears except on the Train roller coaster.
She loved it and hopefully in the spring we will be back there again!
