Pottery Making for Kids?

 Pottery making for kids 8+ ?

I don't think so.

2 adults finally figured it out.

Actually just one ( Jeremy) I gave up.

 We thought if we could just set it up we would let Brae just do it. Not possible.

 Jeremy did the majority and Brae helped by pushing down the pedal to make the wheel go.

And of course made her usual silly faces.

 It was looking really good tell I tried to touch the top and Brae had long gone said goodbye and went to play with her dolls. So I tried to repair it and called Jeremy back to help and he wouldn't so this is what it ended up being the end result.

It dried for 2 days and Brae painted and decorated it.

Oh Valentine

 Valentine takes baths too!

Valentine was a gift to Braelyn for Valentine's Day.  When I was looking at him in the aisle at the store I was wondering if she would like him or not. She LOVES him!

He takes baths when she does, he reads with her, he practices the piano/ violin when she does.  He even goes to school with her. And yesterday to church. He stayed in my bag while she was in class.  When we got into the car Brae asked if he was reverent.

I told her he tried to crawl out so I had to keep putting him back in. She giggled.

 And now he plays Angry Birds with her.

What a friend.

I'm thinking I should have gotten a

 few more of him for backups.

Alligator Bite

Brae was playing with the alligator head I got for her in Florida and had it on the floor and stepped back onto it. This is a couple days after because I kept forgetting to take a picture of it.

Magic Tricks and Dominoes

 Sometimes Brae can't make a serious face to save her life.  She was having a wonderful time with her best buddy Baylee. Who just happened to be her first ever non-family member spend the night.

 Braelyn loved being The Magician Baylee's Assistant. I was quite amazed with the magic.

 There were alot of Ta-DAaaaas!

 Disappearing coins.

 Big Applause and the Magic Show was complete.

 Got some dominoes from my Dad's things and Brae has been wanting to learn so badly how to play. We have played many a time. She keeps winning! She is so lucky at every game. She has gotten 3 Yahtzees before in 1 game. Who does that?!?

Cell Phone Pics January Album

 Jeremy at the PF Changs Expo with me. I begged him to get in the car so I could take a picture.

Cell Phone Pics to post or not to post is the question. The quality isn't always great and sometimes grainy but I guess it doesn't really matter, the subject is what matters.

 Above we are at Olive Garden waiting for a table. It is the night before my race and I am carb loading. It has become a tradition with us. Last year we were with Paisley. This year Kayle was running her first half.  I ate the usual Fettucini Alfredo.  Seems to work for me. Since I will be burning it off when I run my 13 the next day.

 Came down to checkup on my Mom after her surgery and we were supposed to take her out to lunch but instead they insisted on taking us out.

Then Jeremy REALLY wanted to take Brae mini golfing and that was really fun!

Missing A Photo A day Challenge

I am missing the photo a day challenge eventhough I did not complete it successfully I felt an improvement in my photography. I describe myself as a hobbyist when it comes to photography. I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL. I enjoy learning. And have even contiplated if I want to take down my website and go back to having fun taking pictures of my own family. After the busy Christmas season I think I have pinned down what I really like to photograph and what I do not. So I'm thinking of specializing in just child photography and charging more for family photography. Who knows. But my muse continues to be my little darling. She found this raspberry in her after school snack that looked like a cute little HEART.  Little does she knows she is my little heart.  What would I do without her. LOVE HER!
