The Gila Valley Temple

I took Braelyn to the Open House a couple of weeks ago.

What a neat experience to go there with her.

I sat with her in the Celestial Room.

 As we walked in that

room Brae didn't at first notice the beautiful chandelier.

 I looked at her until she noticed it.

The look on her face was absolute enchantment.

 She just pointed and whispered "WOW!"

I think it is my favorite temple.

SO special.

I hope she always remembers that forever and ever

 and strives to return there someday.

It was happenstance that my brother

 and his family and some other families got to meet

 Pres. Monson, Pres. Eyring and Elder Holland.

They were hoping to see him pass by but had no idea that

they actually would.

Braelyn and Mrs. Tanner

May 6th Mother's Day Luau

Mrs. Tanner is welcoming the Mom's to the

Annual Kindergarten Luau.

When Braelyn and I first arrived Braelyn disappeared to her

classroom and came back with a lei that she put around my neck

and greeted me with an

 ALOHA.

She was so excited she was dressed in her hula skirt,

 a lei and a beautiful flower in her hair.

She held my hand and thanked me for coming with her.

I wouldn't want to be any where else except there with her.

There were real hula dancers that did a few dances.

Then it was time for the kindergarteners to do their dances for us.

So sweet.

Then it was time for the

LIMBO!

After the Limbo Braelyn served me some delicious cake and

punch!

What a wonderful night spent with my little darling.

Braelyn attends the Princess Party of the Century

Lacey turned 8!

She had the princess party of the century.

Braelyn was invited and was so excited to dress up.

They did all imaginable princess stuff, some

princess training to become a true princess and princess makeovers!

One game they tried to kiss the frog on the lips to see

 if he turned into a handsome prince.
