Day 30
I had my first violin lesson on February 14, 1982.
Valentine's Day.
Brae has now been playing since January of 2009.
Good thing my violin teacher Rexann and my Mom had patience.
It takes lots of patience to teach a child.
Brae plays both the piano and violin and she has said how hard violin is in comparison to piano.
Which makes me thankful she can play the piano and get quicker results.
And of course always being in tune playing the piano is always a plus.

You must have started so young! My very first violin lesson I dropped my instrument and broke the scroll right off. Super glue and we were good to go ;) I'm sure Brae will cherish this photo.
